One of the first things to clear up when troubleshooting an older device is what is the latest Operating System that your device will accept? A great way to look this up is at this website called EveryMac.com. There is a list of identifiers you can put in and get ALL the details on your device. Very handy!​

    He moves quickly and it helps to have some basic understandings to get the most out of his offerings. A wonderful resource.

    David has Videos, Guides, three Podcasts, Field Guides, screencasts, an extensive blog, and newsletter. Most of his materials are for the intermediate to advanced user. Great materials when you are ready to dig a bit deeper and feel your inner Geek calling.
